Please have a read through if its your first time visiting the salon

Cancellation Policy - We require 48Hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. If we do not receive 48hours notice there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, failure to pay this charge you will forfeit being able to make appointments with us.

Refund Policy - In a rare occurrence that you're unhappy with your treatment you've received from us, we will always work with you to correct this for you, under no circumstances will you be offered money back.

Eyelashes - in the rare occasion you lose lashes very fast we will offer to correct this for you if its within the first 48hours of having the treatment, anything after you will be charged. Natural lashes shed on average 3-5lashes per day meaning it is normal to lose odd ones, hence why we recommend infills every 3-4weeks to keep them looking full.

We ask you please attend your appointment alone and please do not being your children we are unable to watch your children whilst you have treatments done.

Skin tests are require for all tinting, and eyelash services. Failure to have a skin test you will not be offered an appointment.
